B = Bust: To get the correct measurements, without pads, pull tape across the fullest part of your chest and keep your arms relaxed by your sides.

W = Waist: Your natural waist is the smallest part of your waist, usually about 1 inch above the belly button. Keep the tape measure slightly loose to allow for breathing room.

H = Hips: To measure, find the widest part of the hips. Typically, this is about 7 inches down from the natural waist. The tape should brush across both hip bones.
